Given that the Qadiani school of thought is a form of major Kufr (disbelief) which puts them beyond the pale of Islam [i.e., Qadianis are not Muslims – see Question 4060], it is not permissible to marry this woman, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):<\/p>\r\n\r\n “They are not lawful (wives) for the disbelievers nor are the disbelievers lawful (husbands) for them” [al-Mumtahinah 60:10]<\/p>\r\n<\/em>\r\n And Allaah knows best.<\/p>\r\n<\/span><\/div>\r\n
