{"fatawa":{"id":5943,"title":"Delay in saying In sha Allaah","slug":"delay-in-saying-in-sha-allaah","order":"","question":"Is it permissible for a person, if he forgot to say \u201cIn sha Allaah\u201d to say it after a long time has elapsed?","answer":"<div class=\"answer\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\">\r\n<div class=\"answer\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Praise be to Allaah. &nbsp; <\/span>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Al-Shanqeeti (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>&ldquo;And remember your Lord when you forget&rdquo;[al-Kahf 18:24]<\/em>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">There are two well-known scholarly views concerning this aayah:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">One of which is that this aayah is connected to that which comes before it, and it means that if you say, &ldquo;Tomorrow I will do such and such&rdquo; but you forget to say &ldquo;in sha Allaah&rdquo;, then after that you remember, you should say &ldquo;in sha Allah&rdquo;. In other words, remember your Lord, connecting everything with His will concerning what you want to do tomorrow, when you remember after having forgotten. This is the apparent meaning, because it is what is indicated by the preceding aayah (interpretation of the meaning):&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>&ldquo;And never say of anything, &lsquo;I shall do such and such thing tomorrow&rsquo;&rdquo; [al-Kahf 18:23]<\/em>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">This is the view of the majority, and among those who expressed this view were Ibn &lsquo;Abbaas, al-Hasan al-Basri, Abu&rsquo;l-&lsquo;Aaliyah and others.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"source\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Adwaa&rsquo; al-Bayaan, 4\/85.<\/span><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>","status":1,"created_at":"2015-05-22T06:00:00.000000Z","updated_at":"2015-05-22T06:00:00.000000Z","language_id":1,"fatawacate_id":24,"parent_id":5942,"author_id":"","books":[],"articles":[],"videos":[],"audios":[],"author_name":"","category_name":"\u062a\u0641\u0633\u064a\u0631 \u0627\u0644\u0642\u0631\u0622\u0646","category_slug":"","get_date":"2015-05-22"},"translations":[],"fatawa_books":[],"fatawa_articles":[],"fatawa_videos":[],"fatawa_audios":[],"url":"http:\/\/islamland.com\/eng\/api\/fatawas\/5943"}
